Network Architect
Locations: Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane
Hybrid Work Model
We’re not your typical network team. We design solutions that underpin some of Australia’s most critical digital infrastructure. We’re looking for a talented Network Architect to lead the design and shaping of managed network solutions across the full customer lifecycle. This spans pre sales, transition, and in life optimisation. You will act as the critical interface between our Network Services division and our sales teams. You will engage directly with customers to demonstrate capability, build credibility, and guide them seamlessly from pre sales into transition and operations. Your work will play a key role in maximising sales conversion and long term customer satisfaction.
If you’re a technically strong architect who thrives in a customer facing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Support in-life optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce complexity, and enhance value for customers.
Act as the interface between the Network Services division and cross-functional teams including architects from other divisions, Service Delivery Managers, engineers, and project managers.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships with external stakeholders including CIOs, customer SDMs, technical leadership, technology vendors and partners, and carriers.
