What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the FP&A team, this role supports the business across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. Working closely with the FP&A Manager and cross functional stakeholders, it ensures financial accuracy, transparency, and meaningful insight across the organisation.

The position plays a key role in helping leaders understand performance drivers and where to focus to improve results.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Provide clear and practical insights to support informed business decisions

Month End Responsibilities

• Assist with the month end close process by coordinating with departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data

• Support the FP&A Manager to maintain accuracy and integrity throughout the close cycle

• Prepare month end reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances against budget

Reporting and Business Partnering

• Assist with weekly revenue reporting

• Support the preparation of monthly business review presentations

• Contribute to the development of Gross Margin dashboards

• Partner with cross functional teams to provide structured analysis and communicate key performance drivers

• Assist with the development of internal reporting to improve efficiency and visibility

• Provide insight into profitability by product, region, or customer segment

Ad Hoc Analysis

• Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements through detailed financial analysis as required

What You’ll Bring

The Essentials

• 4+ years’ experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Finance Business Partner role

• Advanced Excel skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• Strong stakeholder communication skills

• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider or similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Bonus Points

• CPA qualification,

• Australian accounting standards knowledge

• Business Central experience
